Sys-Tao tells the story of the Great Plains Coca-Cola Bottling Company and Bob Browne's career-long journey to find a better, more efficient, more caring, more capable way of managing it. Inspired by eastern spirituality, biological evolution and modern neuroscience Browne developed a business philosophy he calls Sys-Tao. Browne's book is a case study on how a classic American business transformed its processes and culture and in doing so led the industry in profits and customer and employee happiness.
