An employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) is a powerful tool that can greatly benefit both employees and their employer. Clough, QPA, QKA, is a managing director at Blue Ridge ESOP Associates, a nationally recognized third-party administration firm, which provides employee benefit plan administration and related services exclusively to ESOP companies. Brian D. Hector is a partner in the employee benefits and executive compensation practice of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, and is chair of the firm s ESOP task force. Matthew G. Keene is a managing director at Chartwell Capital Solutions, where he leads the firm s executive compensation consulting practice. Thomas Roback, Jr., CEP, QKA, is a managing director at Blue Ridge ESOP Associates. Corey Rosen is the founder and former executive director of the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO) and now is its senior staff member.
