Synopsis
Many people in the church live in a state of deceit that has taken them far away from the Christianity we read about in the Bible, the Christianity which saves and transforms. These "Christians" are the product of a "Christianity" that in some ways is very distant from what the Bible says. The average person who knows Christianity only through some church activities also needs to hear the real Gospel, about salvation through faith in Jesus. They need the message in this book to show them that Christianity is much more than what they believed or thought about it. You can help by starting this debate about what a Christian really is. You can also make a difference by spreading the message in this book, by beginning to use the words "disciple" and "slave" instead of the word "Christian," which has been so diluted. Just by beginning to use these words, we can throw a completely new light over Christianity and its purpose and take a step toward a change within the churches and outside of them.

About the Author
Torben Søndergaard lives in Denmark with his wife, Lene, and their three children. Torben grew up in a non-Christian family. On April 5, 1995, after attending a church service with a friend, he turned to God and had a strong, personal encounter with Jesus that totally changed his life. Five years later, from a Scripture in the Bible and in a sort of desperation after more of God, Torben started on a 40-day fast that transformed many things in his life. His eyes were more open to God's Word and what the gospel is about. He began to understand how lukewarm and far away from the truth Christians had become. He saw that God had called him to speak His Word without compromise. Torben has worked as an evangelist and church planter for some years. Today, he is having meetings around Denmark and abroad, where he sees many people getting healed and set free. He is the author of six other books, has been on both radio and TV many times. Apart from that, he is the founder of the websites: OplevJesus.dk, Mission.dk, and the English websites: TheLastReformation.com and TheLastReformationUSA.com
