The great leaders are the sustainable ones. Many leaders run themselves dry managing everything and everyone except themselves. But leaders who will be successful over the long haul have identified the critical choices that avert oncoming disaster before its too late. It's up to you ... to manage you. You can't outsource or delegate it. You can't build a process or system, hit Start, and walk away. And it won't happen on accident. In Managing Me, author and executive coach Stephen R.
