Synopsis

A band of reluctant time travelers find themselves trapped in a future where time travel has left the world in ruins. R.F.I. Porto is a screenwriter and creator living and working in Brooklyn, NY. His love of comics began late, and under questionable circumstances: after stealing a volume of The Sandman from a college bookstore, Porto was so impressed that he brought it back and paid for it. He sometimes wonders who steals the stuff he writes.

For those of you who aren t familiar with this book it is an awesome story with amazing art that covers time travel in a very different but cool and interesting way. If you aren t reading this book you should be. It has been great and whats to come will blow some minds. --Bleeding Cool.com

The story is progressing in interesting ways with some witty moments written it.  The art is gorgeous from the way it s colored to the layouts, it is all exceptional.  The long form storytelling structure of the series leaves it with quite a cliffhanger and many questions still to be answered but its engaging enough to make you want to come back. --IGN.com

The Accelerators delivers both an absorbing plotline and it leaves the reader wanting more, setting things up for the next book. As independent books go this one excels in bypassing the super hero construct while using the medium to deliver a cinematic plotline. There is plenty of room for an ongoing series and numerous questions are posited for future consideration. For starters, if the time travel is only a forward-moving construct how did combatants from past eras come to arrive in the battle arena? Readers will look forward to resolving these ponderables in upcoming editions. --Comic Book Movie.com
