You really don't need to be an exercise practitioner or health professional of any description to read this book! It's veryaccessible for anyone who wants to know more about their own humanmachine.
Alignment Matters is incredibly informative. It'sfascinating. And it's very funny.  Biomechanics is funny, or it is inthis book anyway. So you lot, go buy it!
