Trained as a pastor, Michael L. Forney has served in both pastoral and executive leadership roles for early-stage and turnaround companies, and consulted with churches for over 12 years. He met Ron several years ago, and over coffee they began to collaborate on a revolutionary leadership theory what was to become Gravitational Leadership, LLC.
