Synopsis

In a dystopian world of city-states, where reality is bent by synthetic drugs and black magick, a web of political intrigue unfolds.

Kurt Wagner, CEO of Allied Weapons International, finds himself the target of competing plots involving geopolitics and black magick. A film director with a political conscience, a bodyguard with a secret mission, a driver with an occult hobby, and a talking bird are all trying to make sense of their world, hoping to see their wishes come true. Their paths intertwine in unexpected ways, leading to a climax that is both overdetermined and unforeseen.

For readers who enjoy dystopian fiction, political thrillers, and stories with elements of satire and the occult. Dive into a world where power, corruption, and the supernatural collide, and discover who will ultimately control the fate of New Babylon.
