Synopsis

“Awake and Aligned” takes you on a powerful conscious journey of spiritual transformation, one where you will learn that this pesky thing called “being human” is not only okay but is a vital com-ponent to living a happy, satisfying and fulfilling life. This extraordinary book offers you a single key to navigating your day-to-day experience in a way that opens you up to receiving everything you’ve ever wanted to do, be or have: Alignment. Nova Wightman easily and humorously guides you along your conscious spiritual path using equal parts energy, vibration, spiritual woo-woo, neurological science, and good old-fashioned common sense. This book offers powerful and easy avenues to connecting to your Higher Self and accessing joy NOW, clearing the way for you to exit the “I’ll be happy when...” syndrome. Neale Donald Walsch, author of the best-selling “Conversations with God” series, says that the content in this book is “easily a year’s worth of coaching that can change your life.” Packed with practical and effective ways to apply big spiritual and energetic concepts to your everyday real life along with humorous stories and anecdotes to lock in these teachings, “Awake and Aligned” offers you a clear path to merging your spirituality with your humanity, and helps you to access the magic of life and the magic that has always been within YOU.

About the Author

Nova Wightman is a Certified Life Coach (CPCC), NLP Practitioner, Reiki Master, Energy Intuitive, and a Conversations with God Coach on Neale Donald Walsch's (author of the Conversations with God Series of Books) team. She began her conscious spiritual quest as a child, when she realized she could see and sense energy and auras where most others couldn’t, and generally regarded the world in ways she knew were different from the norm. At 14 years old, Nova first picked up the book “Conversations with God, Book 1” by Neale Donald Walsch, and decided to make it her life’s work to find ways to practically apply the messages of the material to her own life and eventually the lives of others. Sixteen years later, through a series of serendipitous and downright magical events, Nova found herself being asked to join Neale’s team as a Conversations with God Life Coach, and was trained by Neale himself! Today Nova is the owner and operator of her own coaching company, and creator of The Spir-itual Alignment Method through which she helps spiritual seekers become spiritual rock stars by blending their spirituality with their humanity so that they can enjoy the crap out of life. She puts her clients on the fast track to conscious manifestation by teaching them how to align with Who They Really Are, all while feeling joyful and satisfied along the way! A mother of two beautiful little girls, wife to her soulmate, and a 5th degree Master Instructor in Tae Kwon Do, Nova enjoys lots of quality family time, Netflix binging, and playing hide-and-seek.
