From the Back Cover

No child taken to Lost Castle has ever returned.

In the forest lives a band of brigands who steal from our village. Sometimes they steal children...

When Barley's older brother Rye is stolen and taken to the mysterious Lost Castle, Barley sets out to do the impossible and bring him home.

Join brave Barley and his clever brother Rye as they take on the brigands of Lost Castle and the dangerous Dragon of the Deep with the help of a magic sword, a friendly selkie boy, and the thirteenth bravest knight in the kingdom (the dragon already ate the twelve bravest knights). Their loyalty and friendship will have to become stronger than the highest castle walls and brighter than all the treasures of the deep if they're ever to find their way home again.
