About the Author

SUE DYER, MBA, MIPI has helped more than 48,000 executive leaders to create high-trust business cultures over the past 35 years. She has been called the "godmother of partnering." Sue worked on over 4,000 projects worth over $180 billion to perfect her Partnering Approach model. She is the president of sudyco(TM) LLC, and the author of three other books, Partner Your Project, Working Together, and On-Time On-Budget. She lives in the San Francisco Bay area with her husband Bruce, and her grandson Noah. Her daughter Jennifer is disabled and loves reading and cooking.
