About the Author
Dr. David Culver has over 45 years of pastoral experience coupled with teaching and training pastors and church leaders internationally. He has experienced four different pastoral transitions, three of which involved his successor being mentored by him. Culver is married to Carolyn and they have four married children and sixteen grandchildren.
