About the Author
Dr. Thaddeus M. Williams Sr. was born in Birmingham, Alabama. He graduated from Wenonah High School in 1979 and entered Tennessee State University, where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Architectural Engineering. After receiving his engineering degree in 1986, he married his sweetheart, Vinnie (Ruth) Pugh, and moved to Ft. Walton Beach, Florida, where he began his career as a Civil Engineer with the US Army Corps of Engineers. During the summer of 1994, Thaddeus and Ruth moved to Pensacola, Florida, to attend International Miracle Institute. On July 24, 2005, he received his Ph.D. in Theology. From April 2008 – December 2014, while serving in Iraq, and Afghanistan with the US Army Corps of Engineers, Thaddeus volunteered his time to work in close collaboration with several military Chaplin’s serving US Troops stationed downrange. Thaddeus is the Author of “Xscape: The Testimony of One Man’s Journey to Healing and Deliverance.” He and his wife are the Founder and Co-founder of Way Ahead Ministries and currently reside in Tokyo, Japan. They are the proud parents of three children and two grandchildren Maurice, Bryant, Taryn, grandson Zakari – 7 and granddaughter Lennox – 3.
