About the Author

Karen White is a classically trained actress who has been recording audiobooks since 1999. An Audie Award finalist, she has earned eight AudioFile Earphones Awards. Her reading of The Hemingses of Monticello by Annette Gordon-Reed was named one of AudioFile's Best Audiobooks of 2009.

Beatriz Williams is a graduate of Stanford University with an MBA from Columbia University. She spent several years in New York and London writing fiction while working as a corporate and communications strategy consultant.

Lauren Willig received a graduate degree in English history from Harvard University and a JD from Harvard Law School. She lives in New York City, where she now writes full time.
