Is your team prepared to deal with a cyberattack or data breach? How confident are you that your business or organization would survive a data breach and the resulting negative publicity and potential litigation with your best customers or supporters? Most CEOs and other leaders who have not dealt with the challenge of information security for their organizations react with either denial or not knowing where to start. Denial in this instance is the belief that your organization is either too small, in the wrong industry, or in the wrong part of the country to be an attractive target. In fact, there are security threats aimed at every business or organization, because it is the information that a business holds, rather than the business itself, that it is the primary target. In this book, you’ll learn: • The basics of cyber threats and security • How to protect your company from cyber threats • How to respond to a cyber incident • Where to go for help if you experience a cyber incident
