About the Author

Jan Hasbrouck, Ph.D., earned her B.A. and M.A. from the University of Oregon, and completed her Ph.D. at Texas A&M University. Her research in areas of reading in areas of reading assessment, coaching, and second language learners has been published in numerous professional books and journals. Deborah Glaser, Ed.D., received her doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction with specific focus on reading and school reform from Boise State University. She is an educational consultant and professional development provider with expertise in reading assessment.
