About the Author

ABOUT THE AUTHOR Apostle Victoria Mwango Scott was born and raised in Lusaka, Zambia Africa by her dynamic parents, Apostle Ronald (in glory) and Evangelist Margaret Chapoloko. She currently lives in Atlanta, GA. with her wonderful husband, Willie Scott Jr., their three beautiful children: Andrew, Cassandra and Eric Scott and wonderful mother. She came to the United States at 18 to attend Geneva College and obtained an Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance/Economics and a Master’s Degree in Higher Education with a concentration in Teaching; and later a Doctor of Divinity from Lamad University. She earlier answered the call to ministry in 2007 and was later licensed as a Minister by Reverend Dwight Banks shortly after; then ordained as an Apostle in 2017 by Bishop Caddie Ng’ambi, of Jubilee Ministries International.   She became a Master Life Coach in 2015 and is daily empowering lives for Jesus Christ. She has a huge heart for people and through healing and deliverance she desires for them to live in the abundance that Jesus died for them to have (John 10:10, Luke 4:18-19). Known for her compassionate heart and loving spirit, Victoria has been an inspiration to many who come in contact with her through her ministry as a psalmist, prophet, preacher, teacher, motivational speaker, life coach, intercessor, entrepreneur, author and apostle of the gospel. She is the author of “The Joseph Anointing” and its Devotional/Journal.
