Paul Steenkamp is a writer, speaker, builder and avid rugby supporter who decodes the operating systems of exceptional teams in sport and business and puts them to work with people navigating change and disruption.He has worked from inside organisations for nearly three decades. In corporate life, he managed FNB's award-winning Innovators programme and launched Standard Bank's internal ventures lab.Since 2016, he has run his own practice as a founder, designing and testing leadership and management practices with teams across South Africa, Europe and the Middle East.His first book, Character Insights for a Regenerative Future, co-authored with Tanya Meeson, explored five science-backed character strengths that support breakthrough work.Paul lives in Cape Town, South Africa.
