About the Author
Né en 1978, de mère bosniaque et de père serbe, Sasa Stanisic a quatorze ans lorsqu'il doit fuir la Yougoslavie en 1991, pour se réfugier avec ses parents en Allemagne. Son premier roman, Le Soldat et le gramophone, a été traduit dans 32 langues. Il vit aujourd'hui à Hambourg.
