De nos jours, une femme sur dix a eu, a ou aura un cancer du sein. On dénombre 23 000 nouveaux cas chaque année. Dans vingt ans, on en comptera 116 000. Pourquoi une telle recrudescence ? Le docteur Nogier avance aujourd'hui une thèse qui remet en question l'état des recherches : les maladies du sein constitueraient chez certaines femmes l'aboutissement d'un processus organique beaucoup plus général et insidieux, l'intolérance alimentaire au lait de vache. Grâce à des arguments épidémiologiques sur la relation entre la consommation de laitages et le taux de cancer, des observations cliniques et des tests biologiques spécifiques, il ouvre de nouvelles perspectives. Il a mis au point un portrait type des femmes concernées qui permet d'ores et déjà une prévention efficace.
