Synopsis
En 1914, Maximilien a quinze ans et re^ve de devenir correspondant de guerre. Il va clandestinement se glisser a` travers les lignes pour rejoindre « l’e´ve´nement », et en consigner l’essentiel sur ses pre´cieux carnets : le terrible quotidien des poilus, les privations, la salete´, et surtout la mort en direct. Comme tous ses fre`res d’armes, il subira cette guerre et se rebellera contre l’inacceptable.Un enfant dans la guerre, mais un enfant volontaire.

About the Author
Ancien instituteur, Arthur Te´nor a publie´ depuis 1998 des romans pour toutes les tranches d’a^ge et pratiquement dans tous les domaines (e´dite´s chez Gulf stream mais aussi Gallimard, Lito, Magnard Jeunesse), mais il est cependant plus connu pour ses re´cits historiques, notamment sur les deux guerres mondiales, Versailles et Louis XIV ou encore le Moyen A^ge. L’esprit qui anime ses re´cits est re´solument positif, son souhait e´tant toujours d’exprimer son amour et son respect inde´fectible de la vie.
