He published numerous articles and books on what became his favourite subject, Le Style 50, a moment in French art, published by Editions Sous le Vent/Vilo, in 1987, and Les Annees 50 at Editions du Chene, in 1999. He is also the author of Decorators of the '50s, in 2002, and Decorators from the '60s and '70s, in 2015, both published by Editions Norma. He also directed for 20 years the gallery of art A Rebours, dedicated to French decorators and ceramists of the '50s and '60s. Journalist, Guy Bloch-Champfort has always been interested in decorative arts and contemporary creation.
