Synopsis
La Vue est un poème d'environ 800 vers qui fait partie d'un triptyque; les deux autres textes le composant sont La Source et Le Concert. Ces trois poèmes sont des sortes de petits récits de vie gentiment moqueurs et qui ne manqueront pas d'amuser leur lecteur. À travers ces tranches de vie cocasses, ces réjouissantes cartes postales, Raymond Roussel nous propose de nous interroger sur l'objet regardé dans La Vue, une foule d'amateurs de bord de mer dans une station balnéaire.

About the Author
Raymond Roussel was born into a wealthy Parisian family in 1877 and died in a hotel room in Palermo in 1933. His works have influenced such artists and writers as Marcel Duchamp ( Roussel showed me the way ), Alberto Giacometti, Kenneth Koch, Alain Robbe-Grillet, Leonardo Sciascia, Paul Auster, Georges Perec, and Jim Jarmusch.
