Synopsis
In France, in 1973, Claude Vorilhon met an extraterrestrial. They met again for six consecutive days, one hour at a time. What he learned then is flabbergasting and essential at the same time for the future of humanity. Life on Earth is not the work of an immaterial god, nor did it happen by chance. In fact, the word God is a mistaken translation of the Hebrew word Elohim which is really a plural word meaning, "Those who came from the sky.." Our ancestors, unable to understand all the science and technology of the Elohim, took them for gods.

About the Author
Rael is the most famous contactee on the planet. A former sports journalist, he left his passion, automobile racing, after being contacted by an extraterrestrial on December 13 1973. He was given the mission to reveal the truth of our origins and our potential to all humanity. Since 1974, he has travelled the world, giving lectures explaining the marvellous message which was given to him. He also teaches sensual meditation, a technique given to him by the extraterrestrials, which allow people to awaken their consciousness, to live in harmony and to prepare them for the golden age of humanity.
Rael also must build an embassy where the governments of the Earth will be able to meet representatives of the civilisation from another world. In that building they will share with our scientists their technological knowledge which is 25,000 years ahead of ours. Today, with more than 40,000 raelians throughout the world, he can finally allow himself some spare time. He takes part regularly in car races in Japan, the United States and Canada. In 1997, he was on the podium beside Paul Newman. He lives on royalties from his books, which have been translated into more than 25 languages.
