About the Authors

Graeme Brooker is the Head of School for Fashion and Interiors at Middlesex University, UK. Previous work includes Rereadings (2004), Form and Structure - The Organisation of Interior Space (2007), Context and Environment - Site and Ideas (2008), The Visual Dictionary of Interior Architecture (2008), Objects and Elements - Occupying Interior Space (2009) and What is Interior Design? (2010).

Sally Stone is an academic, writer and designer. She is the leader of the college of Continuity in Architecture, an Atelier for post-graduate teaching and research based in Manchester School of Architecture, UK, where she also leads the MA Architecture and Heritage course.
