Appropriate orthopedic and dental implant biomaterials is a key factor for rapid osseointegration and success of long-term antibacterial replacement. With increased demands of artificial bone-like tissues and based on the literature available on laboratory, animal studies and human body interaction, the biomedical Titanium-based substrates alloys provide higher bone functionality. Nevertheless, this class of materials still cannot meet all the clinical requirements and surface modifications that are required to promote the implant features, bone regeneration and healing process. Noways, Artificial Intelligence (AI) techniques were developed to model and optimize the various engineering processes with aim of obtaining enhanced characteristics. This book makes an effort to employ AI-methodology to largely improve the mechanical, corrosion and biological properties of nanoengineered Ti-6Al-7Nb implant with reinforced large-area novel mixed oxides biosurface.
