It is also important to note that this work approaches the Athens Convention 2002 from the international perspective; however, main emphasis will be given to developing landlocked States.

About the Author
Ms.Binderiya Battulga is an international lawyer from Mongolia. Besides her international law background, she completed her undergraduate degree in Law and MBA in International Business in the United States of America. She has an experience in working at public sectors, incorporating international law into domestic laws as well as drafting laws.
