La comunicación es un proceso de interacción social que se produce como parte de la propia actividad humana, es una “negociación entre dos personas, un acto creativo”, y lleva implícita, no solo la transmisión y recepción de ideas, información y mensajes, sino también funciones afectivas y reguladoras, al intercambiar y modificar estados de ánimo, emociones y afectos. Sin embargo, la imagen social de las relaciones familiares durante la adolescencia está protagonizada por el conflicto entre los progenitores y sus hijas, bajo el cual subyace, en buena parte, un distanciamiento o deterioro de la comunicación entre ellos. En tal sentido, el presente libro, aporta conocimientos y formas sobre como enfrentar este problema y fomentar habilidades de comunicación familia hija adolescentes.
