About the Author:
Natasha Katuta Mwila is a PhD candidate interested in innovation management in small and medium sized enterprises. The Zambian researcher's current research is on process improvement in the small and medium sized agricultural sector of Zambia. Additionally, she has particular interest in the welfare of women in business in developing countries.
