Present work shows Thermoluminescence and Mechanoluminescence characteristics of II-VI semiconductors. Evaluation of kinetic parameters and different models for thermoluminescence as well as mechanoluminescence studies. Modeling of the rise and decay of elastico mechanoluminescence of II-VI semiconductors has been done. The plots obtained from the modeling are similar to that obtained from EML measurements.

Authors are Working as Assistant Professor ,Department of Physics, BIT, Raipur (C.G.). 6 year teaching experience and 9 research paper published in and International, National journals and conference proceedings. Completed Ph.D. in 2011. Written 1 book physics manual for Agriculture College, Raipur.
