In the context of such multidimensional literary interpretation the present book "The Concept of Author, text and Reader Theory - A Critical Analysis traverses succinctly through the labyrinth of contemporary literary thoughts engaged in the making of meaning of a literary work. Apart from dealing with the various theoretical concepts of author, text and the emergence of Reader Theory, this book is an endeavor to reconcile the theoretical differences regarding the place of author, text and reader in the act of interpretation. Binda Sah teaches English at North Lakhimpur College under the University of Dibrugarh, Assam, India.
