Human rights are generated and protected in every civilized society. United Nations gives the civil, Political, Socio-economic and cultural rights to all nations of the world. The right of life, liberty, property, education, freedom of speech, freedom of organization, Freedom of religious speech is discussed but these rights are only written in documents and not in practice,the people of Sindh are greatly influenced by the climate, geography and economical condition of Sindh. Women folk family life is encircling around the tradition of tribal and feudal & Sardari system, religious and customary laws but a part from this they are also suffering from burning issues like honor killing, sexual harassment, rape and poly gamy etc.

About the Author

Author is Independent Researcher, this is his M.Phil study which he completes from Department of International Relations, Shah Abdul Latif University Khairpur, Sindh Pakistan very recently in the year 2014, earlier Mr Soomro did his Masters in International Relations Honours side from the same University in the year 2000
