In the study area only 54% were used AIMS practices for decision making activities. More specifically, most of the respondents who were working in the sampled regional bureaus of agriculture provided with AIMS tools, there were appeared to be deficient in terms of information generation, processing and transmission. The reason being attributed to mainly the absence of skill training and attitudinal related problems. To improve using of AIMS for decision making activities; not only technology acquisition rather it has to be along with its necessities. Moreover, equally important to develop understanding of managers and experts at all level by addressing of proper training as well as increasing the proportion of AIMS infrastructures on a sustainable manner in the study area.
