The study endeavored to develop a structural model on the demographic attributes, psychosocial factors and instructional procedures of the student’s competencies in TLE. This study was conducted among the nine divisions of Region X, identified through simple random sampling. Students’ demographic attributes entail that most of the students belong to ages 15, females dominates in number. Students’ psychosocial factors appear to be satisfactory in terms of their attitudes on technology, study habit, and self-efficacy which foster them earnest interest for technology and livelihood education. Students observed instructional procedures in most occasions indicating that such procedures enable them to achieve goals of technology. Students’ competencies emerged as highly competent in all strands which provided them preparation for gainful employment in the future and job entry level skills in terms of household services handicraft, drafting, electricity, and information communication technology(ICT).
