About the Author:
Marc Bonenberger is a public health expert at the Swiss Centre for International Health, Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute, Basel, Switzerland. His current work focuses on research in the area of human resource development, specifically on attrition and retention of health workers in resource-poor settings. He is experienced in both quantitative and qualitative research methods. Academically he is equipped with a PhD in Epidemiology and a Master in African Studies, both from the University of Basel.
