About the Author:
Lars-Phillip Rusch est à la fois architecte indépendant et collaborateur scientifique à la chaire « urbanisme et gestion des processus de la construction » à l’Université de Dortmund. Son activité d’architecte consiste à programmer et à gérer la transformation des bâtiments muséaux, administratifs et industriels. A l’Université de Dortmund, il s’intéresse aux systèmes d’évaluation du parc immobilier et enseigne la gestion de projets, les méthodes de programmation, la planification des échéances et du déroulement des opérations.
