In his artistic practice, he works with natural substances and the movements of color and form, drawing over and drizzling on his own notes. The poetry of these mostly small-format sheets is based on structures, autonomous chemical reactions, and the conviction that even a small amount of natural material possesses universal knowledge. About the Authors
Katrin Sperry is a curator and cultural scientist. Since 2021, she has been the director of the Benzeholz–Raum für zeitgenössische Kunst.
Isabel Zürcher is a freelance art historian, author, and editor living in Basel, Switzerland.
