In seven years and 30 issues ramp has lived up to its name with its stylish take on cars, filling its pages with fresh, pioneering imagery. ramp sees a car as much more than a means of transportation or a technical miracle: to ramp, cars equal culture. A car is a part of our lives that can become an extension of our identities, a place where we touch, get behind the wheel, drive, pursue our passions, and experience the world. As intensely and subjectively as possible, ramp is on the road around the world, to people, ideas, places, things, and events. With its immediate, authentic, and creative images, and with its modern and surprising visual design, ramp has become the most-honored car magazine in the world in its seven-year existence. It has set the creative bar for both magazines and advertising. Coinciding with the 30th issue, the team headed by editor-in-chief and publisher Michael Köckritz, has brought the best pictures and stories out of the archives. In accordance with ramp's philosophy, they will be placed in a fresh new context, also providing an opportunity to show off many gorgeous pictures that, for one reason or another, did not make it into the magazine. The result: a wild jam session of automotive storytelling.
