Der Wissensstand über die Entwicklung des Controllings als Teildisziplin der Betriebswirtschaftslehre ist weitgehend durch anecdotal evidence bestimmt.
Mit Hilfe eines multimethodischen empirischen Vorgehens untersucht Christoph Binder, wie sich diese Entwicklung im Hinblick auf Deutschland institutionell, inhaltlich sowie wissenschaftssoziologisch beschreiben und erklären lässt. Er kombiniert eine quantitative Lehrstuhl- und Publikationsanalyse mit qualitativen Interviews von 18 Zeitzeugen und Experten des Controllings. About the Author
Dr. Christoph Binder promovierte bei Prof. Dr. Utz Schäffer am Lehrstuhl für Controlling der European Business School, Oestrich-Winkel. Er ist Berater bei einer international führenden Unternehmensberatung.
