About the Author:
Innovative Thunder ist ein Kreativteam für innovative Marketinglösungen. Derzeit arbeitet Innovative Thunder, alias Leif Abraham und Christian Behrendt, als Associate Creative Director Team bei AdWeek's Digital Agency of the Decade und den Schöpfern von Nike+, R/GA New York. Hier kreieren Leif und Christian weltweite Plattformen und Kampagnen für Marken wie MasterCard und Nike. Zuvor war Innovative Thunder das Lead Interactive Team auf dem Activision/Guitar Hero Etat bei AdAge's Agency of the Decade, Crispin Porter + Bogusky, in Boulder, Colorado. Dort war das Team unter anderem für die Einführungskampagne des Videospiels "DJ Hero" verantwortlich. Außerdem arbeiteten Leif und Christian in ihrer Zeit bei CP+B für die Marken Best Buy, Volkswagen und Burger King Deutschland. Getroffen haben sich die beiden bei Deutschlands Hotshop Jung von Matt in Hamburg, wo sie als Kreativ-Konzepter unter anderem Kampagnen für die Marken Mercedes-Benz, Sixt rent a car und die TV-Serie "LOST" kreiert haben. Allein bei Jung von Matt hat Innovative Thunder mehr als 90 nationale und internationale Auszeichnungen gewonnen und war damit Teil des Teams, das Jung von Matt zur Worldwide Agency of the Year 2007 (The Big Won) und erstmals zur Interactive-Agentur der Jahre 2007 und 2008 (Horizont) werden ließ. Vor dem Agenturleben war Christian mehrere Jahre als Marketing-Manager für nationale und internatio- nale Pop-, Dance- und Techno- Künstler wie Peaches, Scooter und Brooklyn Bounce tätig. Brooklyn Bounce wurde unter Christians kreativer Leitung für Sony Music Germany zum erfolgreichsten nationalen Künstler des Jahres 2001, wofür er eine Goldene Schallplatte erhielt. Ein Jahr später wurde Christian Marketingleiter des Beat Departments bei Warner Music/Wea. Doch als die Musikbranche ihre Talfahrt begann, entschied er sich dafür, auf sein Gehalt, sein Auto und seine Wohnung zu verzichten, und zog wieder bei seinen Eltern ein, um den Wechsel in eine andere Branche zu wagen. Er gewann ein Stipendium der Miami Ad School und startete nach erfolgreichem Abschluss im Jahr 2005 seine zweite Karriere bei Jung von Matt, wo er Leif kennenlernte und sie ihre Kreativromanze begannen. Leif war mehrere Jahre selbstständig mit verschiedenen Internetprojekten tätig, unter anderem mit einem der größten Gamingnetzwerke Deutschlands mit über acht Millionen Aufrufen im Monat und mit dem Managen mehrerer Online-Affiliate-Marketing-Projekte. Basierend auf diesen Erfahrungen und seinen Fachkenntnissen im digitalen Bereich, startete Leif mit 19 Jahren in der Interactive-Unit von Jung von Matt in Hamburg und wurde der zu der Zeit jüngste Mitarbeiter der Agentur. Seit Anfang 2010 unterrichten 'Thunder' an der Miami Ad School, New York.
