About the Author
Dr. Noordin Jella, Ph.D.: Studied Quantitative economics at Kharkov National Economics University (Ukraine Republic). Currently lecturer at Kampala International University - Dar es Salaam Branch. He worked also with Mzumbe University and The Open University of Tanzania before as a lecturer too. Dr. Jella was born and grew in Russia.
