About the Author:
Author did undergraduate work at Harvard, studied Family Medicine and Psychiatry at the University of California, Irvine Medical Center. He spent ten years studying under a meditation teacher in India where he got the name, Krishnananda, Currently, he and his wife, Amana, travel around the world leading seminars on personal growth and relationship issues.
