About the Author

Malte Brosig is a PhD candidate at the Centre for European and International Studies Research (CEISR) at Portsmouth University. He is a political scientist and historian and earned his M.A. degree from Hannover University in 2004. His research interests cover International Relations Theory, European Integration and Minority Rights in Europe.
