About the Author
Swantje Koehler is a well known researcher of antique dollhouses and had founded her own publishing company in 2006 after having published in special dollhouse magazines in Germany and abroad articles about these toys for quite a while. She wrote, together with Marianne Cieslik, the well known Lexikon der Puppenstuben und Puppenhaeuser - a real must-have book for dollhouse collectors. Due to her many international contacts, mostly in English speaking areas, she is strongly committed to publishing bilingual books. Very important for her is meeting a certain academic level in her books, which distinguishes them from being merely nice picture books . The ambition of the Swantje-Koehler-Verlag is to publish deeply researched books with information which collectors of antique toys can really use and depend on! She lives in Munich and now has published her third book.
