Enrique Ochoa Reza is a lawyer, politician, and professor of constitutional law at the National Autonomous University of Mexico. He holds master’s degrees in political science and political philosophy, as well as a PhD in political science from Columbia University. Over his political trajectory he has served in the Secretariat of Energy of Mexico, and is currently the head of the Mexican Federal Electricity Commission.
