In this sense, the general objective of this study is to analyze the influence of the organizational culture on the internal and external environment of innovation and performance in an organization of the Textile sector. The textile and apparel industry is quite broad and is composed of several interrelated production stages. Basically four of them can be highlighted: spinning, weaving, finishing and confection (SEBRAE, 2010). In the final stage, the products can take the form of clothing, household goods or industry (SEBRAE, 2010).
