The industrial maintenance takes an increasing importance and appears to be one of the key functions of the modern production company. Our work is devoted to the theoretical and practical study of the reliability of equipment at the grinding workshop of the cement plant of Beni Saf in this case the maintenance based on advanced methods of reliability. In our project, we used the laws of reliability and analysis methods (FMECA and ABC) which are known as tools for analysis of equipment degradation. We followed our work by an application of the "Weibull" law. In order to concretize our study, we have defined the graphical and analytical methods to determine the failure parameters, which are used for the evaluation of the rate of degradation of the equipment and determine the type of maintenance to be applied. Finally, we have validated our thesis by a practical case study, by choosing the sensitive organs of the strategic equipments of the raw meal grinding workshop at the cement plant. This study allowed us to find results in conformity with the practical reality at the level of the company, by using an advanced calculation code.
