The paper describes an integrated integrative technology for pipeline hydrodynamic infrastructure preparation as part of an innovative pipeline and equivalent communications monitoring system.An example of a prototype apparatus for linear three-dimensional homogenization of liquid flows in pipelines and a detailed description of the fundamentally new, both from the design, layout and functional points of view, and in terms of ensuring the achievement of the whole set of objectives set in the invention are given. Additional possibilities of the proposed new technology for turbulence level homogenization such as Humphrey cycle implementation in state-of-the-art internal combustion engines, gas turbines and modern diesel engines with high pressure pumps as a part of the fuel system are considered. Possible applications of dynamic homogenisation technology in thermodynamic fuel systems are described.For specialists who study hydrodynamics.
