The high consumption of natural resources by the construction industry has led to growing concerns about environmental preservation, thus prompting numerous studies into the use of waste that can replace all or part of some materials, including aggregates, thereby reducing the environmental impact caused by the waste generated by the construction industry. Among the most widely used materials is stone dust, a waste product from the rock crushing process. Its application is very promising, given the high cost of natural sands, their scarcity near major centers, and the environmental damage that their exploitation causes to the environment. In this context, with a view to removing waste from nature and applying it to alternative products, this research project sought to analyze the feasibility of using stone dust as a total and partial substitute for concrete aggregate.
