Synopsis
随着我国经济快速增长和社会急剧转型，我国人口正经历着由传统的城乡二元分割向“城一半城一乡”三元融合的结构变迁，经济社会的基本需求发生了深刻变化。在新型城镇化发展背景下，中央与地方都更加重视推进城乡基本公共服务均等化。 本书将城乡基本公共服务均等化问题的研究置于供需双方的角度，建构均等化实现机制的理论分析框架，遵循完善政府供给、引入社会供给、消除制度壁垒的研究路径进行阐发。从发达的长三角地区和欠发达的中西部地区选取大中小城市和小城镇作为实践案例，多维度考察了不同空间载体下，规划制定、产业发展、资源配置、社会保障、生态环境、社会治理、农村改革等对实现城乡基本公共服务均等化的影响，总结提炼可推广、可借鉴的经验启示，并提出相应的政策建议。
